Busy apparently... Ordered the usual. Was told 10-15 minutes. Ended up being almost an hour. I get it if you're that busy but tell me when I order... Don't tell me it's going to take 7-10 more minutes after I pay then it's 35? But yeah "sorry for the wait!"

I ordered food for the kids 2 and 1/2 hours passes by and after several phone calls 📞 they tell me oh we sent that to doordash who proceeded to tell me oh sorry about that we can't get a hold of the driver we will refund your money and up to 16 business days???? Really??? Take somebody's money don't deliver them any food don't offer an apology and just tell them I guess we'll hold your money for up to 16 days sorry about that this place is a joke!!!!! I gave one star because I can't give -20

If 0 stars was an option, that what I would give. Came in and ordered 2 orders of wings, crazy bread, and cheesy bread. Was told it would be 15 minutes for the wings. 47 minutes later, I finally got the food. One order of wings was cold, like it was made when I came in. The other order of wings was hot, unfortunately they weren't cooked all the way. Total waste of money. Will never go back!

I stopped in to this Little Caesars on Wednesday 2-11-26 I was the only person there at around 310pm or so ,I ordered pepperoni breadsticks ,a large ham/ pineapple pizza ,and an order of crazy bread ,afterwards about 4 to 5 more people came in to order ,and after waiting almost 25 min ,every single one of these people got there orders before me ,and it wasnt hot and ready orders! He said we are waiting on your breadsticks which upon getting home were not pepperoni breadsticks but simply cheese breadsticks ! And to think that i tipped on top of my order! I will not tip another employee asking for tips at checkout through the order transaction again ,until AFTER that order is complete and correct .Really disappointing how the lack of awareness and service in the hospality industry has gotten and yet everyone of them keeps asking for tips!

I ordered a large (cause that's all you can get in "thin" crust) with jalapenos, pineapple & ham and 8 hot wings (cause that's the smallest order you can get). I waited too long for more food than I wanted as others were waited on. When I got it home, by my car, (across the street), the pizza was temped (not near hot). Wings had black marks (but not hot or crispy). In all, $24. I wanted to try their new thin crust. Many pieces only had ham, some had too many jalapenos and others none at all. Ingredients were not distributed evenly - not even close. Bottom line - the pizza and wings were bad. One and done Mickey!
